Unsure whether you have a strong immune system, or are you high risk? Feeling nervous with people who may be asymptomatic with COVID-19?
Take control of your health and feel confident that you are doing what you need to do to be healthy. What we can control is the food that we eat, which helps support us during stressful times. When we eat antioxidant rich, nutrient-dense food, it provides support to contribute to healthy immunity.

The immune system relies on many nutrients to do its job. This program has been intentionally designed to include a wide variety of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to support the immune system. Those key nutrients that are so important include vitamins A, C, E, zinc and selenium. It’s a 7 day meal plan, including healthy snacks. It doesn’t mean cooking everyday, but making sure you have enough to support a healthy body.
