My Name is Joyce Bergsma and I’m a Nutritional Therapist.

(Also, I’m professionally trained in Functional Medicine)


I’ve been helping women break free of the confines of anxiety, depression and gut issues for more than 10 years. My approach is to look at each client holistically and unravel your unique history, physiology and tie it in with your goals to give you the next steps to take.

Nutritional therapy is a lifestyle therapy that includes food, supplemental, exercise and lab testing. It is science based and holistic. There is a clear link with anxiety, feelings of overwhelm, panic attacks and our nutrient status.


Unlike nutrition coaching, nutritional therapy looks in depth and is focussed on examining the contributing factors to your anxiety and other health issues.
